The purchasing decision

A 20L dry tube can act as a central reference in an outdoor range, but the capacity label should be tied to a specific model and measurement basis. Ask the supplier to identify the finished dimensions and demonstrate the agreed packing example. Leave the closure area available for its intended operation rather than treating the open body as fully usable space.

Compare the print panel and strap arrangement before deciding that two 20L references are equivalent. A large-print tube, a textured lower panel and an exterior mesh design have different visual and handling characteristics. Choose the detail that supports the intended retail position instead of combining every feature into one brief.

For a private-label order, write down the body colour, artwork area, buckle and shoulder strap choices together. If other capacities will be added later, decide which elements form the collection identity. Sample each extension because a common litre label or graphic style does not establish identical carry behaviour.

Include these details in your enquiry

  • 20L model reference and finished dimensions
  • Packed-content example and closure clearance
  • Artwork size and material finish
  • Shoulder strap and hardware colour

Identify the model and the version of any drawing or artwork. Ask for assumptions, proposed changes, packing details and commercial terms to be shown in the quotation. MOQ, sample cost and production timing are confirmed for the agreed configuration.

Buyer questions

Does a 20L picture establish the capacity of a custom version?

It is a reference. Confirm capacity again if the dimensions, closure or construction change.

Should the sample include the final print?

A printed sample is useful when artwork placement or surface reproduction is important to the buying decision.
